Work Hard - Study Hard

by: Camille Basa, Automotive Peer Mentor

Coming towards the end of semester it becomes easier and easier to become distracted from classes. It is that time where you may think “Meh I can do it later, tomorrow, or next week” or in a harder situation you may be thinking “Forget this class already, I’m done”. Well if this is what you think, RETHINK!

Ask yourself this:

  • What have I done to get where I am now?

  • Is giving up and failing worth wasting all the time and money I spent to get this far?

  • What is there left to endure?

Truly being motivated in pursuing to become a better, more knowledgeable person you realize that what you have overcome much more than what you have left to endure in this semester.

Think about it most of you have already have gone through around 12 weeks of classes and a mid-term exam, including a number of other test and quizzes. Whereas now we have less than 3 weeks left of classes, couple more quizzes and a final exam.

We are in the final stretch…stay motivated! Here is a video to motivate you to continue to Work Hard, Study Hard, and Keep Pushing Forward!
