Flexibility is the ability to be bent easily without breaking

Being flexible comes with any benefits like better posture, reduced risk of injury, more relaxation for the mind and body, and less muscle tension and soreness. If you want to improve your flexibility, you need to stretch. Stretching releases tension in your muscles and makes it easier for you to bend without breaking. After a long period of time you can notice a big difference.

An example of me having flexibility is during track season. When we have practice, I get sore the next day unless I stretch. At the beginning of the season my muscles are tight together because i haven't used them but by the end of the season i can stretch more easily then i could at the start.
