Anatomy
Anatomy is basicaly the bones in the bodies of animals. Some of the bones include the humerus, ulna, radius, carpals, metacarpals, and phalanges. For example, humans have apposable thumbs so we can pick up objects. Bats and birds have wings for flight. A whale needs fins to swim, but we all have similiar bone structure.
Molecular Biology
By comparing different species' amino acids, we can see how different they are. By using a chart, we can see a monkey is very similar to a human. Some species develop very similarly, especially in early stages.
Paleontology
This is basically just studying bones, and the similarities or differences between them
