The capital of Prince Edward Island is Charlottetown. The population last reported in 2011 is 140,204 people. It rains a lot in Prince Edward island and is normally cold and warm. It will normally get the hottest in August and lowest in January and February.

The animals in Prince Edward Island are blue jays, clams, ducks, geese, snow shoes pears, kyoties, foxes, racoons, skunks, oysters, salmon, and several kinds of trout, crabs, scallops, tuna, lobsters, cattle, and hogs. Plants there are Northern red oak and pink lady slipper
