News from Mrs. Kott
Thank you so much for attending Parent-Teacher Conferences! It is wonderful to continue to partner with you as your child learns and grows here at Davisburg! If you were unable to attend, please contact your child’s teacher as soon as possible.
Members of the Springfield Township Fire Department were at Davisburg this week. They visited each class and discussed important topics related to fire safety. Please ask your child about what they learned and about the “smoke house.” Also, don’t forget to review your family’s fire escape plan!
I’m looking forward to seeing all of you at the Fall Festival tonight!
Thank you for helping to make Davisburg Elementary an amazing place to be!

Halloween
While costumes are welcome at school on October 31, please keep building guidelines in mind. Costumes can NOT depict violence or violent acts; this includes fake blood, gore or imagery that would not be “G” rated. Masks that can be removed and do not interfere with learning are allowed. All toy guns, knives and swords should be left at home.
Once again this year we will be watching our Y5-2nd graders run their Monster Mash on the back soccer field, weather permitting. If you would like to join in and watch, we would love to have you. The Mash-A-Thon is 2:30-2:50, if it is raining we will be unable to accommodate all friends and family inside for the alternate Mash location.
