The Nullification Crisis
The Nullification Crisis was during the presidency of Andrew Jackson.
South Carolina gave in and accepted compromise tariff of 1833 and that is what the nullification Crisis resolved. The force bill is what gave Jackson the power to force South Carolina to pay their taxes.
The National Bank
Jackson strongly disagreed with the National Bank he had attacked it as being an organization. He had over used he power as president to get rid of the national bank. he voted a force bill passed by the congress to shut down the national bank. Even after that he got elected to serve for a second term.
