This time of year is all about family, new beginnings, and looking ahead with excitement. Again, we had a great time presenting the students of the month for November! This was a great group! These students all received a certificate, place on the Student of the Month wall, candy bar, and a combo pizza party in January with the December students of the month!

1st Quarter Recognition for TRCC Students at Highland
In our pursuit of excellence during the First Quarter, we aim to acknowledge TRCC students from each program and academic area who truly embody the "T" in We are TRCC. This recognition is based on the following criteria:
· Skills learned in the classroom take time to master. Coming to class in a TIMELY manner and willing to learn will help expedite mastery of these skills.
· Transitioning from group instruction to independent or small group instruction should take place in a TIMELY manner.
· In order to master skills, students will need to participate in activities and complete assignments in a TIMELY manner.
· Many of the skills students learn, build upon prior knowledge and completing activities and assignments in a TIMELY manner. This will help teachers identify when students need help.
