Mary Lynn Randall, 4th Grade teacher, Alamo
1. I love fall because it’s hunting season. My husband and I enjoy bow hunting together, but in separate stands of course!!
2. I grew up on a cherry and honeybee farm. It is located three hours north of here on beautiful M22.
3. I talked to my husband for four months on the phone before we even met.
Rita VerHage, Tutor, Alamo
1. I have been employed by the Kent County Sheriff’s Office for the last 15 years; I spent 10 of those years as a Deputy.
2. I drove a junior dragster at the age of 14 during an NHRA race. I love racing so much that I went into labor at the Martin Speedway :)
3. I love going to Disney with my mom and daughters every December. It’s the most hectic and chaotic vacation....but I look forward to it all year long!!
Christina Livingston, HS Attendance Clerk
1. My husband and I were 8th grade sweethearts. This year marks our 19th anniversary together!
2. I was the 2014 Allegan County Young Homemaker. I got a crown and sash, rode in the Allegan County Fair Parade, and had my picture hung in the Allegan City Hall for the year.
3. I love to sew, knit, and bake! I sew a lot of my own dresses, and I knit socks for myself and my family. And my favorite thing to bake is pies!
Have a great story I can highlight here and/or on social media? Let me know!
