Exchange 2010 will provide users with many useful new features, including the Outlook Web App interface (previously called Outlook Web Access). This new user-friendly web interface includes calendar sharing/delegation and dropdown menus.
The most notable change that will take place is the style and layout of the Outlook Web Access login page.

Video Help for iOS Devices
These videos help users get their OS devices up and running following the upgrade. The account name (ex: Exchange, Geneseeisd, geneseeisd, etc) is set by the user and can vary from device to device, so staff will want to double check that they're updating the correct account. In the event that these steps do not update the device please contact TMS at email@example.com.
