Principal Point
I hope you are having a nice weekend!
Winter is upon us and the temperatures are dropping. We do have our students go outside during lunch time unless it is below 20 degrees or it is raining. It's important that our students bring appropriate clothing during these cold winter months.
As Thanksgiving approaches we have much to be thankful for at Fairmont. I am grateful for a return to some normalcy this school year, and to be able to see our student's faces each day. I am grateful to have our doors open to our families for athletics and activities. I am grateful for our amazing staff that give their all each day to support our students. Most of all I am grateful for your support and the community in which I am a part of.
Please take some time to peruse this newsletter for holiday resources, important dates and information.

Food Service Information for the 2022-23 School Year
Non-CEP schools:
School meals were free for all students during the SY 21-22. Congress has not extended these waivers for SY 22-23. Starting in August, students will be charged for meals based upon their household benefit status.
If you think your household would qualify for free or reduced priced meals, you are encouraged to complete an online meal application. Online applications will be available in early July. Once determined, meal prices for SY 22-23 will be available on the District Food & Nutrition Services website.
