Semester Exams: December 15-17

Semester exams will be given for 7th and 8th grade students on December 15, 16, and 17. We will have a regular bell schedule on these days.

December 18 and 19 Early Dismissal

SAISD middle schools will dismiss at 12:45 p.m. on December 18 and 19. Please see the schedule below for early release times. Please note the lunch periods because they vary from the normal schedule.


Students may not visit elementary schools on early release days. Please help us by reminding your students.

PTO Fundraiser candle pickup on December 17

Candles will be picked up in the cafeteria on Wednesday, December 17, between 4:05 and 5:45 p.m.

Cafeteria Charges--Important Information

Beginning Wednesday December 3, students with unpaid cafeteria charges are able to eat in the snack bar. Students may eat in the regular cafeteria line. Please take care of cafeteria charges. Thank you.

NJHS Collects 1250 Food Items

The National Junior Honor Society sponsored a food drive at school in November and collected over 1250 items benefiting Rust Street Ministries. Way to go, Lee. Pictured below are NJHS students loading the food on the trailer.
