A Successful First 20 Days!
Wednesday marked our 20th day of school! In staying with our theme- 2020- MJHS Coming Into Focus- we utilized our daily homeroom to engage our students in activities, discussions, and lesson on key behavior, expectations and worked to build our MJHS community. Over the 20 days students learned about key support staff on campus, our expectations around behavior, choices and accountability, evacuation procedures, use of their planner, and so much more!!
The feedback from staff and students has been overwhelmingly positive, even requesting a First 100 Days of School!
Go Bullpups,
Ms. Cusack

In An Effort to Create Awareness...Vaping In the News
As I am sure many have read or heard these past couple of weeks, fears around vaping has become not just about addiction, but reported to cause serious illness or harm. The article below shares some of the recent information and possible impacts on our teens.
*The disposable vape pens (pictured to the left) are some of the most popular among teens currently. We want to encourage informed dialogue as it important to have this conversation with our students.
Just a Quick *Note* to Say Thank You!
The community response to the MJHS Band has been amazing! We are so lucky to be part of this amazing community!
