Bring your workout clothes, your sneaks, and an adventurous spirit! Workouts will be done in the gym, outside, or both.

Frequently Asked Questions

Boot Camp is purely optional. Come when you want; come when you can. Everything about the workout can be modified and personalized for you. If you have a nagging back issue and are unable to do certain exercises, no problem! We can adapt the exercise for you so that you are still able to participate without feeling eliminated from the group. If you would like to challenge yourself, modifications can be made to make the exercise more difficult. This is a no-judgement zone. Do not feel pressured to do something that is uncomfortable or potentially harmful. However, remember that gains and improvements cannot be made without stepping outside of your comfort zone.

Courtney is a K-5 physical education teacher. She has taught PE for 6 years. Courtney served as an assistant varsity girl's basketball coach at her alma mater for 5 years where her team won two state championships. Courtney worked heavily with developing the skill level of the guards while also creating a conditioning and fitness plan for the players during the season. Courtney has long been a fitness and physical activity enthusiast. She has run 5k's, marathon relays, 10 milers; she has played basketball, field hockey, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, baseball, softball, ultimate frisbee, etc.
