HIPPOCRATES
Hippocrates was a Greek physicians and believed that sickness was from natural causes and not from disfavor of the gods. Hippocrates also believed that the body was made of organs, veins, and other parts instead of one whole system. Hippocrates study on sickness and the human body is seen today and without his study we would probably know less about sickness.
Aristarchus
Aristarchus was a scientists that believed that the earth rotates on its axis and revolves around the sun. Aristarchus's theory didn’t survive but was remembered. Many years later in the 16th century a Polish astronomer took interest in Aristarchus theory and studied the Sun, Earth, and Moon then wrote a book about it. Aristarchus study on the solar system helped us get a headstart on research in space and info about space and deep space.
