Important fact: It is a myth that you should never eat saturated fats. Fats (even saturated) are a necessary part of your diet.
What should be included in your healthy diet?
~30% fats
~10-15% protein
~6 cups of water
~Breakfast is VERY important: first meal of the day, gets metabolism going, and it wakes up your brain
~Eat 4-6 times a day!!! Keep that metabolism working all day
~Watch your sugar intake... you don't need that much
~Please cut back on the salt, it's not good for your heart
~And if you MUST eat out, then choose a meal with LITTLE TO NO saturated fats
