That proves how much bigger Hong Kong has grown in the past couple hundred years. Speaking of islands, Hong Kong's international airport is located along with Hong Kong's Disneyland on Lantau Island. Hong Kong's Disneyland is a main attraction for tourists.

Hong Kong has many traditions having to do with food. For example, on your birthday it is a tradition to eat noodles to symbolize a long lived life. Citizens of Hong Kong named Hong Kong "The Worlds Food Fair", or at least Hong Kong is known by that name. It is also a tradition for some people of Hong Kong to eat roasted geese on certain occasions.

Past Information:
Hong Kong's past leaders
Hong Kong has only been a part of China since 1997, so It has only had two leaders since it has joined China. Its first leader (since it's been a part of China) was Tung Che Hwa. Hong Kong was first established as a country in 1842. After the first Opium War China took over Hong Kong and gave it to Britain. So, Britain's leaders would have been Hong Kong's leaders until 1842 when Hong Kong was declared it's own country although it was still under British rule.
