Welcome, Assistant Principal Zwingmann!

Welcome to our additional assistant principal! Mr. William Zwingmann joined us starting Wednesday as an assistant principal based on our enrollment at the 10-day count. Most recently Mr. Zwingmann served at FAVE (Fulton Academy of Virtual Excellence) and prior to that, he served as an assistant principal at Sandtown Middle for many years here in the Fulton County School system, as well as in middle and elementary schools in Carrol County. He has supported testing, PLCs in Math / Science / ELA, safety planning, connections departments, student services, and has coordinated 504s among many other things. Although Mr. Zwingmann’s full duties and responsibilities will come, he will support the connections and world languages departments doing student discipline (regardless of grade) for any connections classes. Please help welcome him!

PTA Spirit Night at Hearth Pizza

Please join us at Hearth Pizza Tavern on Sept. 27 from 5-9 p.m. for our first Spirit Night of the year! 10% of our sales, dine-in AND take-out will go back to our school so please be sure to tell your server you are with Ridgeview. We look forward to seeing you there!

Virtual Club Fair

Our club sponsors will unveiled 16 student club opportunities for our Panthers, and we invite parents to watch our club Flip Grid videos to hear about the clubs, the content and the meeting information. Students had an opportunity to explore these in COMPASS Friday. Students can sign up for club(s), now through Sept.23.

Consider Joining PTA and Support RCMS Foundation

  • Parent Teacher Association: Consider joining PTA with a range of donation levels to suit all families. These donations fund teacher grants, classroom supplies, staff gifts and recognitions, and student treats and incentives throughout the year. Please join at www.ptarcms.org.
  • RCMS Foundation: Our amazing Foundation provides funding to our music and athletics programs. If your student participates in these hallmark programs, we need your support. Community partners are needed, too. Donate at https://rcmsfoundation.org.

We Need Gently Used Uniforms!

Our front office desperately needs your gently used RCMS logo t-shirts or plain polos as well as khaki pants and shorts. We need youth & adult sizes. We use these uniforms to help students who spill, rip their clothes, or don't have a uniform. Drop them by our front door any time!
