To ensure that I have the very best health I can every day, I can work out for 60 minutes a day and drink milk and eat healthy foods like fruits. I can also have my mind set on it that I wont ever get sick and if I do i will tell myself I will get better.
I have suffered pain in the past I expect pain in the future. But I will react to the pain as it is helping me so I will change the thing I am doing. What I will gain from pain is that I will be doing the right thing.
