Interact Club 은 2월 14일 ~ 19일 동안 sock drive 를 합니다. 모아진 새 양말들은 쉘터로 보내질 것입니다.

Health and PE Textbook Adoption
2021-2022 학년도에, FCS Health & PE 교과서를 교체를 위해 검토 하려고 합니다.
모든 교직원, 학부모 지역 구성원 분들은 현재부터 2월 24일 사이에 함께 검토 하실 수 있습니다.
2월 24일까지, 오전 8:00 - 오후 4:00 사이에 A150 방에 전시 됩니다.

PBIS Rewards Event
Students have the opportunity to get out of 5th period on Friday, February 25th. As a reward for being respectful and responsible, students can register using the PBIS app via Classlink for the event.
The activities offered during 5th period include: nail salon, Nintendo Switch, 4 Square/Knock Out, silent reading, trivia, makers space, free time, coloring, just dance, origami and board games.
There is an event for everyone. Student should review the options under the events tab (read the details) and purchase – spaces are limited.... encourage your student to talk with their friends and register ASAP.
The deadline to register for the event is Wednesday, February 23rd. All purchases are final. We look forward to the event – they deserve it. Students can still spend their points at the cart.

• 트라이 아웃은 2월 22일 화요일 - 2월 24일 목요일 오후 5시까지 있습니다. 코치 사전 허락이 없이는 3일 내내 꼭 참여해야만 합니다. 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, and mile 에서 1,2,&3등만이 팀에 들어 올 수 있습니다. 1&2등은 meet에 참여하고 3등은 alternate입니다.
• We will make the relay teams from these runners.
• Meet 경기는 2022년 3월 19일 토요일 입니다. 이 날 단 한 번 경기가 있으니 스케줄을 확인 하셔야 합니다. 트라이 아웃 전에 참석 가능한지를 확인 하셔야 합니다.
• 연습 날짜는 아직 미정이지만 일주일에 두번 수업 후 5시까지 할 것입니다.

Meet Allison Kane, Our 7th Grade Life Science Teacher
- This is my 8th year teaching at AMMS.
- This has been my only job. Prior to beginning my teaching career, I went to UGA for undergrad and Georgia State for grad school.
- I spend most of my time outside of school wrangling my wild boys (ages 4 and 2). You're likely to find me enjoying time in downtown Roswell or Alpharetta with my husband and friends on the weekends.
Meet Dr. Chelsey Lloyd, Our Health and PE coach
- I have worked at AMMS for 5 years. 14 years in Fulton County and a total of 18 years teaching.
- Before teaching I was a practical nurse in Houston, TX and GA.
- Fun/Interesting fact about me: My mother and me were born in the same hospital and delivered by the same nurse.

- This is my 4th year teaching at AMMS.
- Before working here I worked for Gainesville Middle School for 12 years as an ELA teacher and Cheer coach.
- Fun/Interesting fact about me: I sometimes sing while I teach, just not very well .

- I have been at AMMS since 2006
- I was in the medical field before working at AMMS
- Fun/Interesting fact about me: I am an ardent animal lover (rescued my Maltese). I love cake decorating, gardening and hiking in state parks.

- I have been teaching at AMMS for 12 years and 31 years total.
- I was a teacher at Northview HS and River Trail MS in Georgia and 2 High Schools in Virginia before moving to Georgia in 2000.

- This is my 7th year teaching at AMMS.
- I have been teaching my whole life, although I was a stay-at-home mom for 6 years when my kids were little.
- Fun/Interesting fact about me: I got to be a substitute teacher in England for 6 months after I graduated from Auburn. I ran into one of the students I taught there when I was at North Point Mall one time.

- This is my 3rd year teaching at AMMS.
- For 7 years I was a 5th grade teacher at Ocee ES and 20 years in pharmaceuticals
- Fun/Interesting fact about me: I am a Duke Blue Devil so I've been a Cameron Crazie during home basketball games on K Court. Both my daughters went to AMMS.
Meet Francisco Hernandez, Our head building custodian III
- I have been the head custodian at AMMS since 2013.
I was head custodian at Sweet Apple ES, Barnwell ES, Medlock Bridge and JCHS.
When I was working at Barnwell Elem.and my commute was Old Alabama Rd every day, I remember Autrey Mill MS was just starting to be built and I told myself one day I want to work in that school.
- My dad Sacramento Hernandez worked here when the school first opened. I was able to take the position as head custodian when Mr. Cedric left.
- Then my son Francisco Jr. left his mark here as he was here his 6th, 7th and 8th grade year. He is in the picture with me.
- Autrey Mill has seen 3 generation of Hernandez walking the hallways .
Meet Aleah Irvin, Our 7th Grade ELA Teacher
- This is my 3rd year teaching at AMMS.
- I have been teaching at AMMS for 5 years.
- Before working at Autrey Mill MS I was in college at Reinhardt University and student teaching at Dean Rusk Middle School in Cherokee County.
- Fun/Interesting fact about me: Both of my parents are also teachers. My dad works at Webb Bridge MS and my mom works at Alpharetta High School.
