Pierce Panda Family: I won’t be sad because I’m saying “see you later”, but instead I’ll be happy because of the beautiful memories I’ll have forever to cherish of my time here with you all. Thank you for being a part of my story these last three years; it’s been a great chapter! I’m excited and looking forward to seeing what the next one holds in store. #OnceAPandaAlwaysAPanda… Wishing you all the best!

Thalia: I will miss you dearly. Thank you for being such an incredible friend. God knew I needed you during this season of my life. I will forever be grateful to you for your support and kindness.

Marisol: Thank you for being a person I could always rely on for anything and everything. I will never forget how you always showed up for me even during difficult and challenging times. I am grateful and blessed to receive your gift of fierce love and loyalty.

My Panda-rrific Team: Thank you for putting up with me these last two years and for doing the hard “heart” work of true collaboration. Each one of you is a jewel and by working altogether you all will continue to shine even more brightly. I can’t wait to see and hear about all of the magnificent things you all do for our students next school year!

I want to say thank you so much to everyone at Pierce! The past 12 years have been amazing, and I am going to miss Pierce family so much! I love all the friendships I have developed over the years!

I also want to send a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my classroom this year! Ms. Svoboda, Mrs. Sauceda, Ms. Luna, Mrs. Segovia, Mrs. Delapena, Mrs. C, Mrs. Beas, Mrs. Hernandez, Ms. Lazo, Mrs. Parish, Mrs. McKimmey, Ms. Torres, Ms. Lopez, and Ms. Marcela! And anyone else who stepped foot in my classroom or assisted with a student in the hallway!

Reyes-You will be greatly missed! Clifton is lucky to have you and hopefully you will make your way back to Pierce. Once a Panda always a Panda.

Classroom IA Paras Return Date August 1st

Friendly reminder:

All Classroom IA personnel will return to work next school year on August 1st. IAs will receive Capturing Kids Hearts training with teachers at the campus on August 1st and 2nd. August 1st and 2nd will be considered "comp time" which will be used on August 4th and August 5th. All classroom IA personnel will attend training August 1st and 2nd, then return to campus to begin the school year on August 8th. Please let me know if you have any questions before you leave for the summer.

All other Paras:

Paras that do not work directly with students in the classroom on a daily basis will have a start date of August 4th.

Update: New and Leaving Employees

Michelle Altamirano will be joining our campus as a PreK 3 ESL teacher next school year.

Stephanie Kelley will be joinging our three Early Childhood campuses next school year as the Academic Specialist.

Nathalie Rico, IA for Mrs. Pierce, will not be returning next school year.
