“True self-confidence is “the courage to be open—to welcome change and new ideas regardless of their source.” Real self-confidence is not reflected in a title, an expensive suit, a fancy car, or a series of acquisitions. It is reflected in your mindset: your readiness to grow.” ― Carol S. Dweck

Who Am I?

My Brain

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.

Desicion Making

Analytical Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the Analytical style. People with this decision making style tend to be intellectual, motivated by complex situations with variety and challenge, skilled in organizing facts and establishing controls, able to complete tasks by preparing detailed plans, and able to predict outcomes. Others sometimes perceive my decision making style as over controlling, impersonal, and too careful, abstract, or mathematical. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for planning or solving complex problems is important, such as science or engineering.

My Personality Type

Green

I have a Green personality type. That means I listen for material necessary to solve a problem, I tune out trivia, and I often miss body language and tone because I am so focused on the words. When I communicate I get to the point. I am logical, factual, and I think before speaking. It frustrates me when I fail, enter small talk, and being incorrect in public.
