Principal Ponderings: Feeling Uncomfortable
Currently, we are faced with a new normal and we are no doubt experiencing some feeling of discomfort in not knowing what is to come or how to fully navigate our current situation. Not being fully in control of our situation is not a welcoming feeling. With that being said, this is an opportunity to follow directives from CDC, WHO, and leading experts in the field. In doing so, we are leading by example. Encourage others to do the same. If there was ever a time to exhibit the other people matter mindset, this is it!
I wish you all good health during this time. Be smart in what you do and be safe.
P2 Contacts
FYI, Allison and I are making calls to YOU starting next week so you better not be sending us straight to voicemail when you see our numbers pop up! We want to hear from you, how you are doing, what questions you have, etc.
Administrative Items
- Lunch Duty: If you have kids, it's on them. I asked Hayes and Whittaker to put their bowls IN the sink the other night. Not only did they miss the sink, but they also put the bowls on a completely different countertop. They gunna learn!
- Lancer Leader of the Week: We will double up upon our return in order to get caught up.
- Late Start: TBD
- P2: Fairness
- Allison and I will both be working remotely for the next two weeks. Our cell phones are on the School Closure Information and FAQ document if you need us immediately. Otherwise, email will be checked frequently throughout the day.
