Exploring Vinyasa w/ Todd & Megan

While often defined as more rigorous movement, vinyasa is also a means of moving into stillness and feeling stillness as a flow. In this class, we will explore the different ways one can "flow" with their breath and body so that a yoga practice can become truly personal. This class will focus on a guided asana practice, but will encourage students to go in their flow as a means of cultivating safe and playful personal exploration.


Todd believes yoga postures and breath are a powerful tool for self-exploration and transformation. He encourages his students to move with mindfulness and strives to provide a safe and motivating environment for students to connect with their own personal wisdom, healing abilities, and expansive potential.

Megan is drawn to yoga for its ability to cultivate freedom, lightheartedness, and balance in body and mind. Her classes aim to highlight how the combination of breath and movement work together as medicine for the body, mind, and spirit.
