Friday, December 17th, TOMORROW, is 1:40 dismissal. There is also NO hot lunch tomorrow, December 17. This is your last chance to order hot lunch for January and February: order form
PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS...At the board meeting on Monday, December 20, a change in calendar will be approved. The Noon (12:00) dismissal that was initially scheduled for Friday, January 21st will now be move to Friday, January 14th. Monday, January 17th, is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and there is no school.
Kindness Club Part 2...Lily and Izzy Puchalski created a NEW Kindness Club video THANKING students for participating in the Kindness Club and showing acts of kindness. They are also giving students who did NOT earn their button another chance. Thank you Lily, the 3rd Grade Kindness Club President, for starting the club, encouraging acts of kindness & making the buttons. Way to go!

There is a Board of Education meeting scheduled for Monday, December 20, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be in person and accessible virtually through the directions attached. Hot Lunch: The Hot Lunch order form is now open! All orders must be submitted by December 17th... No Exceptions! A flyer was also sent home with students last week.

Holiday Parties: PTO parents who are volunteering in classrooms during the holiday party please make sure to share party plans with the classroom teachers.
Dine Out Night: The next PTO Dine Out will be on January 18th at Panera, more information to follow.
Winter Weather: Please Dress for the Weather
Winter Weather: Erickson students have outdoor line-up and spend recess outside when the temperature, including WIND CHILL, is 10 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Students may play in the snow during recess if they are properly dressed in winter gear, which includes a winter jacket, snow pants, hat, gloves, and snow boots.
If a student is healthy enough to attend school they are also healthy enough to go outside for recess. A doctor’s note is needed in order for a student to stay in at recess.
