Employee of the Month: Shannon Smith!
At the Athena Learning Center we value morals such as patience, focus, respect, and many more. Although all of our employee's demonstrate these traits, one of them stood out the most. Therefore we would like to recognize Shannon Smith as our very own Employee of the Month! Many reasons contribute to this difficult and important decision. For instance, the way Mrs. Smith interacts with her pupils. She gives her complete focus into making her clients successful and willing to learn. However, this is not only about how Mrs. Smith works with her clients, but also about how she works with her co-workers. Mrs. Smith gives her utmost respect and undivided attention to her co-workers. In conclusion, Mrs. Smith was the best choice for employee of the month and she is greatly appreciated at Athena Learning.
