VIP GROUP
Slide Training for Your Teams
A few rules and requests:
1) Refresh often to see new posts
2) "Like" posts so we know you are ready to move on
3) Hold most of your questions until the end for the Q and A sessions
4) Participate when asked
5) All the training will be in this thread
Don't do that. My number one piece of advice here is to JUST START the VIP group. (After this training.) Make it your goal that within 48 hours your group will be up (or revamped) and ready to with our awesome new catalog and upcoming designs and licenses.
Don't miss this golden opportunity to connect with your customers while you wait to "plan it all out." Don't. I'm going to give you 5 steps at the end to get you started.
Ok...now...on to the training!
It is NOT a place for people who have never bought from you. Yes, that includes your friends.

Your VIP group should be:
Private
Product Focused
Building Relationships
VIP members could be:
Customers
Hostesses
Recruit Leads
Customer Roll - Ups
- Post at end of online parties and give them a link to join.
- Send personal PM messages and emails to first time customers.
- For home parties send an invitation link/email with follow-up. Mention the VIP group at the parties.
- Contact all of your OLD customers. Go ALLL the way back to your launch party.
1. HAVE FUN
2. BE CONSISTENT
CONSISTENT
If you don't even care enough to post in your group, your VIPs will care even less. If you are sporadic, they will be sporadic.
HAVE FUN
Don't make the group be all about sales and specials. No one wants that.
- Announce free shipping whenever you place an order.
- Don't announce anything new on your timeline or biz page until you've told your VIPs
- Send little gifts with their orders on occasion.
- Let them choose your mani!
- Announce your successes
- Have a Birthday Club
For me, a Level 1 is anyone who just joins the group without actually filling out my enrollment form. They will get a little free gift in the mail - one time but will be eligible for drawings, parties, give-aways within the group.
The enrollment form is an amazing tool for your business. Please check it out here right now. You will need to put in your own information to get to the 2nd page. I'll wait. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSejg3pYEVl4yA8asbGjhZIdA7wOfeofdK_Zw9mVk8ZTEgdKKw/viewform
(I will make a copy of this form for everyone to access.)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For me, a level 2 VIP is anyone who fills out the enrollment form. They will receive these perks:
A one time thank you packet with goodies
Up to $15 in product credit during their birthday month
25% of their first purchase each new catalog
quarterly surprises in the mail
Etc...
You can define your own perks.
At the end of each month, remind all VIPs about the special perks when they "enroll" and thank those who have. You'll see that you start to get more Level 2s after a few months.
For me, it would be fun, humorous posts about life and sharing beautiful organization and planning tools that I have found online or use myself.
Please comment below at least one non-Jamberry connection you want to make with your VIP group. Make it personal to you. Maybe you love dogs. Go check your Pinterest board, is there something fun there?
You don't have to give away Jamberry items. Think outside of the box. Once you have a pulse of your group, you might see that giving away a package of Paper Mate felt tip marker pens is just as exciting!
- How to make a sheet of wraps go further
- How to make sparkles work
- The invisible cuticle
- How to make Jamberry Juniors work on your toes
- How to polish without getting it on your cuticles
- Remove all old posts
- Make announcement (with a date) that something fun and new for this group only is coming
- Post your enrollment form and the perks, tag the members and say "tagging for awareness." (DO NOT TAG THEM WEEKLY OR EVEN MONTHLY. This would be something you would only do 3 or 4 times an entire year.) If someone leaves, then they aren't a VIP anyway. ;)
Remember to HAVE FUN and BE YOU! You don't need to copy anyone else - you rock all on your own and your customers are going to love you!
- Figure out who you are going to target with "Wave 1" inviting. Put them on a list, get out their customer care cards, go to your Pipeline. Whatever it is, do it.
- Make your enrollment form
- Define your Level 2 perks
- List in detail the following, these will be your first posts: fun Jamberry product to share, giveway, tip, non Jamberry share
- Mark in your planner what days you will be doing these posts (you should have some sort of planner system for your business =D )
