To ensure that I have the very best health I can everyday, I will keep my mental health in check by staying positive so that in turn I can keep myself physically healthy. I must remember that I deserve to be healthy.
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by learning from it. I will what to change and how to approach things so that I can avoid "pain" in the future.
