Notes from our Principal
Hello Driscoll community,
Thank you to all who gave to the BIG GIVE. At this time, $1,185 has been raised with the BIG GIVE campaign to support Driscoll Middle School. Although the main days of the campaign are over, donations can still be made to the BIG GIVE if you are still interested in supporting. Below is the link for Driscoll. Thank you for your support.

Driscoll PTA is hosting "Coffee with the Principal" on Wednesday, October 5 at 9am. This event will be an opportunity to come in and share a cup of coffee with Mrs. Murach, visit about exciting things happening at Driscoll, and ask questions. Mark your calendar to join us for the event.
Student attendance is critical to their success. Thank you for ensuring that students are attending school daily. We are seeing an increase in absences on Mondays and Fridays. Each day of the week is important for student success. Since the first nine weeks grading period is coming to a close very soon, it is very important for students to be at school completing work each day. When students are absent, they should return to school with a note or doctor's note to excuse their absences.
Please continue to communicate with your students about making good choices. We recognize that they are kids and kids like to have fun. However, sometimes being goofy and making silly choices can cause injury to themselves or others. We need to encourage our kids to stop and think before acting. Such as asking them to think about this... "Will my words or actions cause harm to another?" If yes, then I don't need to say it or do it. If no, then carry on. We are working to build positive and productive citizens and we thank you for your support in this effort.
There are several reminders and some new details to assist you with preparing for this next week. Please review the many details included below. If you have specific questions, please reach out so we can assist with those items. Please continue to stay safe.
