MusicFest
Friends of Watertown Music is excited that our MusicFest is coming up this Friday, April 28th! We are hoping to spread the word again through as many channels as possible so that our musicians enjoy great audiences!
Could you please post the following announcement to your school’s events/recent news/smores page?
Friends of Watertown Music invites everyone to attend our 10th Anniversary MusicFest, on Friday, April 28, from 5:30 to 9:15 p.m., at the Watertown Middle School: a lively evening featuring concurrent performances by student talent and established musicians, including current teachers and recently retired Dr. Schuetze, and local favorites the Wild Wannabes and Ruth Rappaport & Joe Pete Wetherbee. We will have an instrument petting zoo, pizza, and other refreshments. Come hear great music! Suggested donations of $8/person or $25/family will be accepted at the door. Friends of Watertown Music is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to supporting music in the Watertown Public Schools.
We have also attached our poster, approved by Dr. Galdston. Matt McCarthy has posted to WPS social media so you can link to that as well.
Thank you very much for your help now and earlier this spring when we were recruiting performers.
