Schoology Information and Student Schedules
Your student's classes and teachers for this year are scheduled to be available to you in ParentVUE as of Friday, August 28th. In order to access this, you will need to log onto ParentVUE and complete the Online Verification and to access your child's schedule. Once this is done, we would welcome you to follow the information sent out from the County about Schoology:
Dear Parents,
Loudoun County Public Schools is now using Schoology, an integrated learning management solution that provides one-stop access to everything students need for their learning. Schoology allows students, parents, and teachers to connect and engage, whether learning in school or at a distance. Schoology will be used in all classrooms to ensure that students can access the resources they need for class and provide families the access they need to support their children. You can learn more about using your parent Schoology account by accessing the Parent Schoology Experience. Follow the attached directions to login and enroll.
Internet HotSpots Available - Quantities Limited
Harper Park Middle School is seeking information on which families are in need of an LCPS-issued internet hotspot to assist during the extended closure due to COVID. If you would like to request a mobile internet hotspot, please contact Harper Park Social Worker, Ashley Olson (Ashley.Olson@lcps.org) or Harper Park Parent Liaison, Neldy Negron (neldy.negron@lcps.org). You must be an LCPS student to be eligible to request a device. Quantities are limited. Therefore we plan to evaluate the need with multiple data points to ensure that devices are not distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, but rather to the students with the greatest needs first. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a hotspot will be provided.
The school staff will review and approve all requests. If approved, staff will contact you to inform you how to coordinate the pickup of the device at one of the Hardware Repair Centers starting 9/1/20.
If you do not have cellular coverage in your area, please contact us to discuss alternative options to assist your student(s). "
Virtual Open House and Meet The Administration
At 6:00 p.m., we will host a live stream "Meet the Administration" and give the opportunity for parents to ask questions prior to the event to answer in a town hall format.

We will offer the following times for student materials to be picked up next Wednesday, September 2nd and Thursday, September 3rd:
Wednesday, September 2nd: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
