These are examples of measuring mass: ounces, pounds, and tons.


16 ounces equal 1 pound and 1 ton equals 2,000 pounds.


These are examples of measuring length: inches, feet, miles, and yards.


12 inches equals 1foot, 3 feet equals 1 yard, and 1 mile equals1,760 yards.


Temperature is measured in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
