• Complete your ONLINE Re-Registration/ Annual update forms in Q. (see directions below)

• Emergency Card/Health Card INCLUDED in packet (If you moved, you must bring 2 current proofs of residence).

• Student Residency Questionnaire INCLUDED in packet

• Form AIF-NCEP.17 Required (Hot Pink) INCLUDED in packet

• Buena Orientation Order Form (If purchasing items from the ASB store) INCLUDED in packet

3. Log in using either your email or pin and then your password. If using email, make sure you use the one you registered with the school district.

4. Select Annual Update on the upper right

5. Select Edit for the first Contact to get started.

6. Follow the directions linked below for help retrieving your pin/password and for step-by-step directions.

***DRESS CODE REMINDER:

Strapless and backless tops are not permitted. Sports bras or bralettes may not be worn as tops.

***NEW BELL SCHEDULE:

Buena will have an EARLY RELEASE Wednesday with 6 periods, and BLOCK days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. See the new schedule below.

***LOCKERS

Lockers are only issued to students unless there is a special health issue or other concern that would require a locker.
