Dear FMS Families,

Thank you so much to those that were able to help out with activity night. We had a great time and the extra volunteers were so appreciated!

Spring is in the air for sure at FMS! (although the snow on the ground this morning was a big surprise!) A friendly reminder of our dress code as the weather warms up. We will have four days of school this week and then a nice spring break to refresh, refocus and relax before the final weeks of school.

Our staff is working to organize end of the year field trips for our students. Please know that behavioral issues could cause students to lose this opportunity. Each grade level will send out specifics before spring break.

If you drop off your middle schooler in the morning via Grand Street, please remember that we unload in the parking lot. Drive as far down towards the pole barn before releasing your child. We also ask, to help with the flow of traffic, that if you notice a line, please don't make a left turn into the parking lot. You can continue driving and stop at the crosswalk at 10th and Grand and let your child cross to school that way. Also, if you would rather avoid the morning traffic, you can always drop your child off on Vine Street and he/she can take the sidewalk to the building. Thank you so much!

NO WORKSHEET HOLIDAY is coming April 4th as we welcome our awesome FMS students back after spring break. I can't wait to see the amazing things planned to kick off the last 6 1/2 weeks of school! WOOHOO!

Have a GREAT week,
