Football Games

We want to ensure that our athletic events are a fun and safe experience for all.

Please review the following guidelines with your student:

  1. All middle school and elementary students attending the games must be accompanied by an adult

  2. All high school, and middle school, students must show student ID upon entry

  3. No food or beverages are allowed to be brought into athletic events

  4. No backpacks are allowed at athletic events

  5. If students are not meeting behavioral expectations they will be asked to leave the event

  6. Students should sit and watch the game within the student sections - this builds pride in our community and school

Please remember that when students are attending school sponsored events they must adhere to the expectations outlined in our Student Behavior Handbook. This applies to all policies within the handbook, or referenced by the handbook. If students fail to adhere to the expectations in the Student Behavior Handbook they could be subject to in school consequences regarding their actions.

A Message From Officer Arzola (Willow Creek School Resource Officer)

Dear parents and guardians of Willow Creek Middle School. The Rochester School District and Rochester Police Department have received complaints about infractions ranging from speeding in a school zone to parking in no parking zones during student drop off and pick up times. This is a friendly reminder to follow all traffic and parking laws/regulations while in the area of Willow Creek Middle School. While sometimes inconvenient, the laws and regulations were put in place to make the area safer. As always, the safety of our students, staff, and community is one of our top priorities. Thank you for helping to make Willow Creek a safe place.

Willow Creek Building hours

Students can enter the building at 8:05am. Please do not drop students off prior to this time as we have limited supervision earlier than this time. Students are released at 3:00pm and need to either utilize district transportation, or be picked up unless they have a pre-planned afterschool activity.

Fast Bridge Testing

This next week students will be taking the Fast Bridge assessment in both Reading and Math. This assessment will be completed in Advisory classes on September 21st and 22nd. The Assessment takes about a half hour for each subject. The data for the assessment is used to help identify how we can best support your student.

HyVee Cash 4 Students

HyVee will again be donating to our schools this year. Please collect your receipts and turn them in at the main office of Willow Creek. At the end of the year we submit the receipts to HyVee and they issue funds that can be used for students at Willow Creek.
