A dwarf planet is a celestial body orbiting a large star. Dwarf planets are naturally found in the outer solar system. Some notable dwarf planets are Pluto, Makemake, Eris, Haumea, and Ceres. Most dwarf planets are close to a circular shape.
Physical Appearance
Dwarf planets appear similar to the solar system's eight planets. But are smaller. They also orbit the sun.

Dwarf planets are larger than both asteroids and comets.
