Kayla Taylor
Kayla was nominated by Brian Craig because of her enthusiasm and willingness to work both in class and outside on the farm. Kayla enthusiastically volunteered to be one of the first in class to use the weedeaters. She is always extremely excited to learn new concepts and ideas and cannot wait to put those ideas to use in the class. She has shown excellence in the classroom as well. Thank you Kayla for wanting to learn.
Aracely Marin
Aracely was nominated by Kathleen Magsam. Aracely has an exceptional work ethic in class as well as for extra-curricular activities. She has been practicing for the Vet Science CDE every Wednesday and Thursday morning and has created her own review tools. She also spent an entire Saturday helping with the Ram Truck fundraiser. Aracely is an outstanding student and an exceptionally personable young lady.
Lindsay Elliott
Lindsay was nominated by Meredith Reed because she has already distinguished herself as a true asset although the Yearbook Committee only formed a week ago. Lindsey identifies tasks and gets to work before Mrs. Reed even has a chance to ask her. Mrs. Reed has quickly discovered that she can count on Lindsey to get the job done.
Tabitha Croft
Tabitha was nominated by Crystal Dean for her helpfulness in class. Tabitha is the first to volunteer to offer support and is very appreciated.
Ty Simon
Ty was nominated by Laurie Mays because he is an exemplary student. Ty arrives at class early, is prepared in both dress code and materials, delivers work that is above expectations and is eager to help others who need it. Ty has an easy-going attitude and a great work ethic. Mrs. Mays says she see bright things in his future!
Claire Taylor
Claire was nominated by Latissa Higgins because she is a wonderful addition to the Vet Assistant Program. Claire always has a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic. She has also started her SAE project which is volunteering at the LTAC Vet Clinic. Thank you Claire for your hard work and dedication!
Melissa Sternberg
Melissa was nominated by Trent Hamlin because she stepped up as the Chairperson for the PM Recreation Committee. Melissa was given a task to research and she took the initiative and gathered the information in a timely manner. She then relayed that information to the appropriate parties. Melissa's outgoing personality and diligent work ethic should make her a very successful chairperson.
Elizabeth Hess
Elizabeth was nominated by Trent Hamlin because she has been very active in class discussions and offers valuable insight into the themes being discussed. She has a passion for writing that is evident in the input she offers to our current reading, Fahrenheit 451. Elizabeth's knowledge of literary devices, how they are used, and the reason why they are used always helps to make for a lively class discussion, which in turn benefits the entire class.
Ruby Tevis
Ruby was nominated by Tracy Parks because she is a knowledgeable, dedicated and focused student. She always participates in classroom activities, completes all of her assignments and meets all of her deadlines. Ruby is friendly and helpful to her classmates and is always willing to lend a hand. Ruby's kind personality brightens everyone's day. Mrs. Parks enjoys having Ruby in class and looks forward to a great school year with her.
