The Principal's Nest
November 4th
Hang in there
We have 11 more days until Thanksgiving Break. HANG IN THERE!! I know people get stressed and overwhelmed but this is the feeling all across the education community. Too little time, too little resources, too few breaks, too many demands, are all cries that have been heard. But please understand, that we are ALL struggling at times. This is why my focus has been on the why. You have to love what you do in order to continue to come back day after day. I choose happiness and I choose not to complain. 800 things pop up during the course of my day, and though I want to be upset, ask someone else to deal with it, or get others on my side to agree, I don't.
You've got too many people depending on you for you to let frustration and negativity, get in the way of you being a light to others. Take a minute to vent, then keep it pushing.
11 more days..... suppress those negative thoughts, encourage your sisters and brothers that work on your teams, and help one another remain positive.
I will continue to be positive.... I have no other choice!
