My Teaching Philosophy
I believe that each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating environment in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. As a valued educator to cater for individual students meet their full potential I aim to ensure that my quality learning environment is safe and trustworthy, supports risk-taking and is significant to make real life connections.

- Managing and ensuring day to day tasks are done and routines are followed.
- Working with people, being aware of their needs and abilities, build capacity
- Managing, developing and improving programmes (teaching and learning) through guiding the curriculum
