Fertilizer Runoff

The water in Brooks, streams and creeks From Michigan to Puerto Rico carries a heavy load of pollutants, particularly nitrates from fertilizers. There, no way fish or typically sea life can survive.

Air Pollution

As a byproduct of combustion, nitric oxide (NO) from cars, trucks, biomass burning and energy production is emitted to the atmosphere. The atmosphere touches everything we can see. Even in remote locations such as the middle of the ocean, we can still see impacts from humans.

POSTIVES

  • Its been over 30 years, the Dawn dish soap has been so important part of recuing and releasing more than 75,000 wild animals affected by the oil pollution.
  • Some of the stuff we put in the oceans can actually save wild life or even more create sea life like old ships can make a lot od new homes for sea life
  • The fertilizers can help nourish the plants
  • We can build any of the air pollution places really far away from the oceans.
