Ineffectively Scheduling Tasks
By: Rebecca Nava and Jeimy Mejia
Step 1:
Find your own rhythm and pace of productivity and energy throughout the day, whether it be in the morning or at noon and make the best out of your time.
Step 2:
Once you find your perfect time of energy and focus, begin scheduling your high-value work such as making a to-do list, prioritizing and planning! Take advantage of these times and get as much done as you can! Kick in gear and make the best effort to accomplish something big!
Step 3:
Just as everyone has their happy and engaged moments, we soon come to find we also have our low-energy and "down" times. However, we can also take advantage of this time! While feeling tired and not energetic, you can also do tasks that doesn't require a lot of movement or energy such as checking your planner, checking emails, organizing papers and other small activities.
