Get a massage and release all the tension you hold in your muscles.

A healthy diet makes your body feel better, and a healthy body is a healthy you.
Exercise
Sometimes it is healthy to run from your problems.
Hang with Friends
Friends always make things better, call a friend and just forget about your troubles.

It's scientifically proven that dog owners are less stressed.
