6th grade school physical and dental packets were sent home. Please return all forms to Oak Ridge School by May 26th. Please make sure everything is filled out on all the forms. Unfortunately, incomplete forms will not be accepted.

At the end of each month participants will be placed in a drawing for a prize. It is that easy. Who knows, the winner could be YOU!

The book fair is right around the corner: April 25th-29th. There will be a family night that Thursday. Forms went home last week for volunteers. The fair can not run without your help. If you’re available at all- please email Heather or send the form back with your student.

North Palos School District 117 and Oak Ridge School utilize our SchoolMessenger system to provide families with information, notifications, and reminders via email, phone calls, and text messaging. This includes regular communication, as well as emergency and school closing information.

In order to receive text messages from NPD117 and Oak Ridge School, you need to subscribe or opt-in to receive text messages. To do so, TEXT “Y” to 67587. Once the mobile number has been successfully subscribed, a confirmation message will be delivered to your cell phone. If you are NOT sure you have opted-in to our text messaging service, please follow the directions above. If you have more than one student in the district, you only have to do this once - as you will receive any information that applies to all of your students.

If your phone is already set up for this, you will simply get a message to confirm that you will continue to receive messages by going through this process.
