Peace, Love, Fast foods.

The United States has a reputation of obesity and more than enough fast food availability. The US population is always looking for the quickest, easiest way out of things. So when your coming home from work and starving, its easiest to just go grab a quick McDonalds cheeseburger. The problem is that these fast foods have a huge negative affect on our body. Fast food contains mostly fat and grease... And barley any nutrients that the human body requires to function.

What to eat

For a healthy lifestyle; you should eat dairy, protein, vegetables, fruit, and grains. How much you weigh and your height affects how much you should consume of each. The average necessary consumption is about 2400-2600 calories a day. The smallest things can effect how many calories you are consuming and need to consume.

Be confident and happy

Maintaining a healthy diet is very challenging. It requires something most people lack, persistence. Changing your diet is one of the most difficult things to do but an easy way to help is to stay happy and confident you can do it. Don't look at happiness as a destination, but try and be positive as much as you can. YOU CAN DO IT!
