Book Fair: We will host our Fall Book Fair the week of Sept 30. Monday will be a preview day. Sales will run Tuesday through Friday, ending at 3PM on Grandparents' Day (Oct 4).
Grandparents' Day: Our students have been preparing for the Grandparents' Day program to be held at 1PM on October 4. Grandparents are invited to start arriving at noon. We will have light refreshments available while they wait in the gym for the program to begin. Please note that all visitors must sign in at our office with a state-issued ID. Please inform your family members who will be visiting that day. Also note that we provide a shuttle service throughout town so help with our limited parking. Our special purpose bus will run down surrounding streets to pick up grandparents and visitors who find parking further from the school. The shuttle will run also after the program to assist with returning visitors to their vehicles. Teachers will notify families about how dismissal will work that day, but please note that no child will be released to a grandparent without written prior consent from the parents or legal guardians. Please plan ahead and be sure your child knows the plan so it is a smooth and enjoyable day for all.
Festival News: The Festival of the Turning Leaves is right around the corner. Look for many of our students to participate in the parade this year. Click below to see more happenings on the schedule for Festival Weekend!
