First, I'd like to publicly thank all the parent and community member's who have volunteered with helping fill our Crossing Guard position. We are so fortunate to have such caring parents in our community willing to give their time to help keep our students safe! I wanted to update you about the continued absence of a permanent crossing guard. As of Friday, the county still has not found a replacement for Judy, which means we are going into week 4 without someone permanently in that position, leaving me to ask once again if any of you can help in the coming weeks. The more volunteers we have, the easier it will be in getting each day covered. Superintendent Ahmadi and I have been consistently calling the county, and will continue to update you as we get more information.

Please make sure you are adhering to our school parking lot policies and procedures during morning drop off and afternoon pick-up to ensure student safety. Please do not park in the loading zone, and please do not drop off your students in the middle of the parking lot as there are many moving vehicles in motion.

Also, you may have noticed our student parking lot helpers assisting after school. These students are part of our new Proctor Patriot Student Leadership Team. These students are learning to serve their community, please greet them with a smile of encouragement.

Specially adapted from the classic Disney animated film, Disney's The Jungle Book KIDS features a host of colorful characters and your favorite songs from the movie.
