The primary goal of this program is to develop knowledge, skills and abilities of library staff to understand and respond to user needs by applying participatory technology. I am on the ABC ESL - Immigrant and Non-English Speaking Community team.

- Assist in writing and submitting a new Sacred Heart Induction Program.
- Add eBooks to Destiny Catalog through MackinVia.
- Develop Destiny Catalog Collections.
- Work on LibGuides for Lower, Middle, and Upper School.
- Introduce Centers during Library classes, including a Makerspace center option.
Continue:
- Digital Library sign-in.
- Using LDAP Server for sign in for Destiny library Catalog.
- Exploring more collaboration opportunities with teachers.
- Improving self- checkout system.
