How to approach your friend

There are many ways that you can approach your friend- with out scaring them off. One of the best ways to do that would be to walk up to them and have a regular conversation with them then start to say " I have been noticing that you are really sad lately and I was just making sure that you are ok" if they answer with " yeah i'm a little sad but its nothing to worrier about" Then say ok and keep an eye on them.

Five verbal warning signs

  • I wish I was dead
  • I wish I wasn't here
  • My family would be better off without me
  • I hate my life
  • I wish I could go to sleep and never wake up

  • Self harming
  • Lack of energy
  • withdraw from friends, family and social activities.
  • Drop in grades
