Career Day is Wednesday, March 11th

Career day here at the primary campus is fast approaching. This year we will once again encourage our students to dress up like the profession/career of their choice.

We are looking for one more volunteer to visit our campus and discuss their career with our students. This is a fun opportunity to share about your career, demonstrate what you do, and inspire our students to dream BIG! If you feel inspired, please follow the link below to sign up! Please do not hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Jensen with any questions you may have.

Roaring Reader Due 3/31/20

Mark your calendar to turn in your student chart by 3/31/20 at 11:15 am.

Your child can earn a FREE day ticket to Roaring Springs Waterpark!

How: Students must read for fun and log their minutes on the Roaring Springs Reading Log. Students can read anything they choose for the Roaring Readers program such as books, magazines, newspapers, or comic books. They cannot count any reading that is done to complete homework or school assignments. Each student in K-4 must complete 600 minutes of recreational reading and complete their Roaring Reader Reading Log.

Why: The goal of the program is to add fun to reading, and to help students understand goal setting and achievement. The program challenges students to read for pleasure with a very exciting reward—a FREE day ticket to Roaring Springs!

When: Students must turn in their Roaring Springs Reading Log to their teacher no later than March 31, 2020.

Unfortunately, LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for any reason.
