Triton Preview and Review 8.14.2017
Greetings
Triton Parents and Guardians:
Thank you to all of those who attended our Parent Involvement Night. It was a great evening of hearing from our community and sharing opportunities to get involved with the school. This week, there are a number of additional opportunities to get involved. On Tuesday at 9:00 AM in the library, I will be hosting my first Coffee with the Principal. Come by and share what I can do to help our community. At the request of several parents, I will also host a principal with the coffee on the night of Open House. You will receive information from your student on where to report. I will host the Coffee with the Principal at 5:00 in the pavilion. The actual event starts at 6:00. Please see the newsletter on the school website on Monday. I hope to see you there. I plan to bring the Coffee with the Principal opportunities to the community as well in such places as grocery stores and places of worship. Stay tuned!
I am always in the process of honoring and recognizing our teachers. If you hear something great about our staff members, please pass it on to me in the form of an email. I would love to share it with our staff. I have been to a number of classrooms and I can tell you firsthand that our teachers are amazing. The students are being tasked with worthwhile projects and are engaged in a number of activities. Clubs and athletics are starting up. Make sure your student gets involved!
Congratulations to our new PTSO Cabinet:

Join them Tuesday, September 5th at 6pm in the Library for the next PTSO meeting.
