Dear Duveneck Dragon Community,
Thank you to everyone who attended my Coffee with the Principal this morning. We had a robust question and answer session and I also presented the following slide show to the audience:
This is my attempt to give you the most up to date information about what Duveneck's beginning plans looks like for reopening.

Library Books Distribution Information 📚
Books may only be picked up on the following days and ways:
• Thursdays: 10/1, 10/15, 10/29/11/12
Books will be left on a cart outside, near the front entrance of the school. Whoever picks up the books must sign a form that shows they picked them up
•Fridays: 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 11/6, 11/20
Books will be handed out at the school wide Materials Distribution between 3:00pm - 5:00 pm
Books can be returned at school Monday -Thursday between 9:00am-2:00 pm.There will be a box near the front entrance marked “Library Book Return” where you can leave them. They may also be returned during the Materials Distributions. Leave them in the trunk and we’ll retrieve them.

School Site Council
We need one additional parent to serve on our Duveneck School Site Council this year. Our Site Council is made up of four parents and four staff members. We work together to review data about student learning and social and emotional health. From this, we develop an annual plan for continuous improvement that’s presented to the PAUSD School Board each spring. We meet monthly, usually on Tuesday afternoons. If you are interested in serving, please contact me, Principal Crane at firstname.lastname@example.org.
